Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in foreclosure, 1-2 years of management, and a Bachelor's or paralegal background, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven reporting.
• Paralegal background or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 8+ Foreclosure Specialists and Document Verification Specialists to timely and accurately manage a pipeline of loans through the foreclosure process.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and help implement new processes.
• Maintain knowledge of foreclosure processes and related regulatory requirements.
• Track deadlines, SLAs and department metrics; train new hires on systems and guidelines.
• Use reporting to manage the team and modify reporting as needed.
• Conduct coaching and annual reviews; act as primary liaison with other departments and counsel for escalated issues.
