Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Temporary Remote Foreclosure First Legal/ Complaints Processor to draft complaints and amended complaints in Florida foreclosure matters. The role involves close collaboration with attorneys, client communications, and handling complex loan documentation while maintaining deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be analytical, detailed and have excellent problem solving.
• Prior foreclosure experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and upload complaints and amended complaints.
• Work closely with Attorneys to resolve impediments.
• Collect and interpret loan servicing documents (Loan Mods, Pay histories, Note, Mortgage).
• Communicate with clients via email, phone and client systems to meet foreclosure timelines.
• Manage and prioritize large workload with strong organization.
