Lender Legal PLLC invites an experienced attorney to join our Florida team in a fully remote role focusing on residential mortgage foreclosure litigation. The attorney will handle all aspects of Florida foreclosure, from initial title review to judgment execution, including trial work and depositions.

Candidates should have a Florida law license in good standing and at least 1 year of foreclosure experience, with strong research and writing skills. Travel across Florida is required (10%).

Qualifications

• Requires JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Florida license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of Florida mortgage foreclosure experience; real estate/title background is a plus.
• Solid litigation and motion practice knowledge.
• Willingness to travel across Florida (10%).

Responsibilities

• First-chair contested nonjury foreclosure trials.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed.
• Collaborate with lenders and investors on foreclosure matters.
