First-chair trials and depositions, plus research and writing on appeals, are expected. Requirements include a Florida bar in good standing and at least 1 year of Florida mortgage foreclosure experience;

Qualifications

• Juris doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• First-chair contested nonjury trials across Florida.
• Take and defend depositions and assist with appellate litigation as needed.
• Perform legal research and writing for appellate matters and coordinate with lenders.
