New American Funding is seeking a Foreclosure Analyst to monitor residential loan files in the foreclosure process, ensure timely action, minimize losses, and protect the lien-holder's interests. You will coordinate with Foreclosure Counsel and firms to meet deadlines and support investor guidelines.

Remote work is available, with hybrid options if located within 30 miles of Santa Ana, CA or Austin, TX and a requirement to work 4 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of default servicing up to loss mitigation and foreclosure.
• 2+ years MSP experience in mortgage servicing systems.
• 1–3 years banking operations or foreclosure legal experience.
• Familiarity with federal foreclosure law and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Audits foreclosure timelines across states to ensure compliance.
• Processes loans in foreclosure from referral to sale.
• Reviews payment histories and reconciles loans.
• Coordinates with attorney firms to meet deadlines.
• Maintains accurate records in the servicing system.
• Communicates clearly with customers and attorneys.
