Responsibilities

• Serve mortgage accounts to ensure foreclosure is processed per state and federal laws.
• Ensure First Legal Actions are completed by deadlines and obtain extensions as needed.
• Review foreclosure files for compliance with timeframes and guidelines.
• Manage foreclosure proceedings by coordinating with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, and trustees.
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and input to system of record.
• Perform research on loans with questionable items and respond to audits.
• Report litigated matters to management and analyze portfolio performance.
