Univar Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager for the Foodology team. This is a home-based role covering a defined US territory, focusing on building long-term value-based relationships and growing the business.

You will negotiate pricing, coordinate with local branches, and ensure customer satisfaction while traveling as needed. Compensation includes a USD salary range and incentive pay, plus comprehensive health, dental, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in Food Ingredients industry.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or chemical sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Chemistry preferred but not required).
• Able to nurture a broad network of contacts and drive results.
• Strong business sense with negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Grow territory through consultative selling at all levels within accounts.
• Prospect for new business via sales calls to expand territory.
• Prioritize customer retention and overall satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and consultative services to enhance value.
• Maintain an updated view of your sales pipeline.
• Set pricing and quotes; coordinate with local branches.
• Coordinate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations on inventory.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety for you and colleagues.
