Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migration projects for government data into RelativityOne. You will balance hands-on execution with technical leadership, shaping tooling requirements and ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

You will engage FOIA agency customers, document migration best practices, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, secure solutions within Relativity's FedRAMP framework.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data migration projects for government agencies.
• Experience with migration tooling requirements, planning, and execution.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne customers and government agencies.
• Develop and execute migration plans including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; test and validate new features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
