Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end FOIA data migrations into RelativityOne for federal, state, and local government customers. The role acts as a hands-on practitioner and technical lead, coordinating with engineering to define tooling requirements and supporting agency migrations securely under FedRAMP.

The candidate will partner with FOIA agencies to execute migrations, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with NIST/FedRAMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information management, or related field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical or consulting roles.
• Data migration, data integration, or data engineering experience.
• SQL knowledge with data querying/transformation using Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, or CSV.
• Strong written and verbal communication for government stakeholders.
• Experience as product owner or technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and data anomalies with engineering.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; test and validate features.
