The position requires supervisory experience, a related degree, and experience in participant-directed services, with a hybrid schedule including some onsite trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in participant-directed services.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• 3 years of experience in a related field.
• High emotional intelligence with strong communication skills.
• Experience using database technology and electronic systems to manage work processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure clarity in team roles and goals that align with department and agency goals.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
