Job summary

Mains’l Services is seeking a Full-time FMS Senior Manager to lead a team delivering Financial Management Services for Home and Community-Based Services self-directed programs. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to oversee daily operations and drive progress toward organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has supervisory or leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a background in human services or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within participant-directed services required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, and best practices in self-direction programs and FMS services for the state served.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure clarity in team roles and goals that align with both the department’s and agency’s strategic goals.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Develop and implement team and individual work plans that support both agency and individual growth.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures that meet legal, contractual, and ethical standards.
• Monitor compliance, conduct audits, and guide corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure excellence and progress.
