Qualifications

• Experience with financial management systems, budgeting accuracy, data entry, and recordkeeping.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with participants and stakeholders.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with auditing spending plans and approvals.
• Able to handle high-volume environment with deadlines.
• Disability services background preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train FMS team members on policies, systems, processes, and daily questions.
• Collaborate with the FMS team and internal departments to develop best practices.
• Audit spending plans and authorizations; provide feedback and follow-up.
• Audit participant and employee files for completeness and accuracy.
• Deliver Regional Center authorizations to Billing and Support.
• Review timesheets, payroll reports, and spending summaries to fix errors.
• Inform participants and stakeholders about DDS changes and Regional Centers info.
• Serve as first contact for external complaints and escalate when needed.
• Support high-volume environment with accuracy and deadlines.
