Job summary

BeneLynk is seeking a Director of Financial Management Services (FMS) – Self-Directed Care to lead payroll, compliance, onboarding, and participant support. This remote, full-time role drives scalable, compliant operational execution across multi-state programs.

The ideal candidate will possess deep FMS/FI knowledge, VF/EA structures, and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable processes and KPIs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of progressive leadership experience in FMS, FI, or self-directed care programs.
• Experience building and scaling FMS operations.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid self-direction models and VF/EA structures.
• Payroll tax compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing multi-state or complex program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of FMS functions, including payroll processing, timesheet management, EVV, onboarding, and service delivery workflows.
• Build and scale operational processes that support self-directed care programs.
• Translate VP-level strategic initiatives into detailed operational plans, workflows, and KPIs.
• Ensure efficient coordination across intake, customer service, payroll, compliance, and reporting teams.
• Oversee internal audit readiness, documentation standards, and continuous compliance monitoring.
• Oversee program integrity functions, including timely review and escalation of fraud, waste, abuse, neglect, and exploitation reports.
