Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an FMLA Coordinator in the Liquor Control Board's Human Resources, Systems and Services Division. You will oversee FMLA, modified duty, and related leave programs, guiding employees and managers through essential processes.

The role uses SAP and Excel for processing, reporting, and tracking. Telework may be available part-time, with standard hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and a Harrisburg headquarters option if telework is not possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with FMLA, LWOP, and leave programs
• Knowledge of leave rules and documentation requirements
• Ability to review forms and ensure timely approvals

Responsibilities

• Review FMLA and LWOP requests and analyze documentation for timely approval or disapproval
• Process actions to ensure absences are calculated and coded correctly and prepare corrections
• Oversee leave programs including sick family leave, leave donation, and non-work-related modified duty
• Examine suspicious medicals and prepare findings reports
• Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on leave rules and documentation
• Track deadlines, usage, and entitlement periods across programs
