Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a capable project manager to oversee Stonhard flooring projects at client sites. You will use TPM guidelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality control across field teams.

You will present Stonhard products to industrial accounts, coordinate materials, scheduling, safety, and change orders, and maintain post-job reports. Remote work from home is possible when not on client sites.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related construction project management required.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites.
• Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
• Present and promote Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts.
• Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports.
• Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects.
