Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a project manager to oversee Stonhard flooring installations on customer sites in the New York area. You will drive projects using TPM guidelines, coordinate with installation teams, and promote product solutions to commercial clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, planning, and self-direction in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible work setup including home-office days when not on-site. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related construction project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; CRM systems preferred (Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites.
• Manage projects using Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
• Present and promote Stonhard's products to industrial and commercial accounts.
• Handle material management, scheduling, quality control, safety, change orders, and post job reports.
• Coordinate with installation teams for training and proper application of Stonhard projects.
