Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a construction project manager to oversee flooring projects at customer sites across the region. You will apply Total Project Management guidelines and coordinate with Territory Managers and Project Engineers to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, planning and organizational skills, with a self-directed approach in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related construction project management required.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Self-directed and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites.
• Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
• Present and promote Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region.
• Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports.
• Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects.
