Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead Stonhard flooring projects at customer sites in the Tampa area. You will manage projects using Total Project Management guidelines and coordinate with field crews.

You will promote Stonhard products to industrial and commercial accounts, handle scheduling, quality control, safety, and post-job reporting, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of construction project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites.
• Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
• Present and promote Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region.
• Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports.
• Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects.
