Job summary

AeroTEC's Test & Evaluation Division is seeking a Flight Test Engineer to coordinate test and certification activities for FAA Part 23/25/27/29 programs and novel propulsion tech. Remote position with extensive travel will be required.

The role involves authoring and executing flight and ground test plans, developing test automation scripts, and producing technical procedures and results documentation. A four-year engineering degree and relevant aerospace experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with aerospace/space vehicle electrical systems, harnesses, propulsion, hydraulics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wire diagrams, drawings, schematics and models.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute flight and ground test plans for multiple aircraft platforms.
• Develop test automation scripts and document procedures and results.
