Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a senior leader to drive RPCA lean transformation across the part family, collaborating with internal shops, JVs and suppliers. You will coach plant leaders, build lean capability, mentor FLIGHT DECK teams, and deploy policy and Kaizen mindset to improve KPI performance.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in Engineering/Manufacturing/Sourcing, a BS in Engineering, willingness to travel ~75%, and preferably based at Wilmington, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing or Supply Chain.
• Willing to travel ~75% based on business needs (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RPCA part family growth strategy.
• Develop and execute lean transformation strategy across the RPCA part family.
• Build lean capability in leadership team and mentor plant leaders and staff.
• Coach part family GM on FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and policy deployment.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, create flow, and reduce cost.
