Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced leader to drive lean transformation across RPCA part families and to develop growth initiatives for the RPCA portfolio. The role aims to build Lean capabilities among plant leaders and staff, mentor executives, and promote a kaizen mindset across GE Aerospace.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, sourcing or supply chain, a strong track record of cost reduction, and hands-on Lean experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing or Supply Chain.
• Experience driving lean transformation and cost reduction programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop and execute RPCA part family growth strategy.
• Develop and execute lean transformation strategy across the RPCA part family.
• Train and educate employees at all levels in lean principles and tools.
• Activate tools such as Value Stream Management, Visual Management, Kanban, 5S, Standard Work.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve flow, and reduce cost.
