Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced leader to drive lean transformation across the RPCA part family. You will mentor senior leaders, promote kaizen, and guide the organization toward cost reduction and flow improvements while aligning with corporate goals.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain, and a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute RPCA part family growth strategy.
  • Develop and execute lean transformation strategy across the RPCA part family.
  • Coach part family GM, plant leaders and staff in FLIGHT DECK concepts and lean tools.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, create flow, and reduce cost across the organization.
  • Participate in RPCA operating cadences and drive year-over-year KPI performance.
