Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a senior leader to drive lean transformation and RPCA part family growth across global operations. The role involves coaching plant leaders, establishing lean capabilities, and guiding cross-functional teams in deploying policy and continuous improvement practices.

Ideal candidates possess 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain, with strong leadership, change management, and kaizen mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop and execute RPCA part family growth strategy.
• Develop and execute lean transformation strategy across the RPCA part family.
• Train and educate employees at all levels in lean principles and tools.
• Activate fundamental tools such as Value Stream Management, Problem Solving / Action Planning, Visual Daily Management, Standard Work, 5S, Operating Cadences, Kanban.
• Collaborating with larger FLIGHT DECK community to promote kaizen mindset, skillset, toolset across GE Aerospace.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to eliminate waste, create flow, improve processes, and reduce cost.
