Job summary

Hallow is seeking a financial expert to own the monthly operating model and drive forecasting with the executive team in a fast-growing startup. You will manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and push automation across planning and reporting.

You will partner with the CFO and leadership to develop scenarios, evaluate partnerships, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions. This role offers remote flexibility within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 3+ years as a financial analyst or equivalent.
• Built 3-statement financial projection models and performed scenario modeling.
• Familiar with consumer subscription or enterprise SaaS revenue/expense recognition.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term 3-statement operating model and forecast with exec team.
• Lead annual and quarterly budgeting with department heads and CFO.
• Run monthly KPI reviews and cohort analyses to improve operations.
• Drive AI-native planning and automation in FP&A processes.
• Support financing opportunities and build pro forma business cases.
