Job summary

Hallow in Chicago is seeking an experienced financial expert to own the long-term financial model, run monthly forecasts with the executive team, and support strategic decisions. You will be the sole owner of the 3-statement model, driving budgeting, KPI reviews, and analytics to help scale our mission-driven product.

You will lead annual and quarterly budgets, automate planning as we move toward AI-native FP&A, and evaluate financing opportunities with pro forma analyses for key partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years as a financial analyst or equivalent.
• Proven experience building 3-statement financial models.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with subscription or SaaS revenue recognition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3-statement monthly operating model and forecast with the executive team.
• Lead annual and quarterly budgets and budget-to-actual reviews.
• Run monthly KPI reviews and ad hoc analyses with leaders across the company.
• Drive automation of planning with AI-native FP&A processes.
• Support financing opportunities and build pro forma business cases.
