CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services (IFS) team to run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles managing several concurrent programs or priorities.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians or field personnel accountable across multiple locations.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation, compliance checkpoints and hard deadlines.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders and translate requirements into instructions.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with the ability to build trackers and forecast demand.
• Quality assurance or inspection experience with documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to visit sites and support field teams, including outdoor work at vehicle yards.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple installation and repair programs concurrently with one consistent process.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders and lead reviews for mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain forecasts, track completion timelines and regional coverage.
• Own reporting accuracy; maintain trackers and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; drive corrective actions.
• Turn client specs into clear work instructions and train field teams; may take on direct reports.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing and billing accuracy with finance and contracts.
