Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager on the Integrated Fleet Services (IFS) team. You will run fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America, from technician mobilization through final quality review.

Program leadership owns the client relationship; you own execution and reporting. This role is remote within the U.S. You will coordinate installation and repair programs, schedule field technicians and 3P contractors, track onboarding and readiness, and maintain

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project/program/operations roles with multiple concurrent programs.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and managing field personnel.
• Ability to write clear reports and convert requirements into instructions.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel for trackers, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead several installation and repair programs with a consistent process.
• Schedule and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions.
• Report program health to stakeholders and lead mitigation planning.
• Build forecasts, track completion timelines and regional coverage.
• Own reporting accuracy; maintain trackers and dashboards.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance; train field teams.
