Qualifications

• Level II: HS Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Level III: HS Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Familiarization with FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide routing input and advise leadership on driver assignments and routing decisions.
• Oversee MMC routes and support route planning adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with maintenance admin to reflect in routing.
• Track holidays affecting travel and assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
• Review ELDs and logs to ensure DOT compliance and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead weekly driver meetings and provide detailed pass-down reports.
