You will coordinate MMC routes, manage maintenance, track logs, and prepare monthly safety verifications while partnering with security and external vendors to keep operations compliant and efficient.

Qualifikationen

• Familiarization with FMCSA and DOT requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• HS Diploma with 1-3 or 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Routing & Fleet Coordination: Advise leadership on driver assignments and routing decisions; oversee MMC routes; coordinate maintenance schedules; track holidays affecting travel; assist with travel arrangements.
• Compliance & Safety Monitoring: Review ELDs and drive times for DOT compliance; escalate HOS and route issues; perform monthly safety verifications and report AED verifications.
• Administrative, Data, & Financial Support: Track fuel reports and POs; maintain spreadsheets and pull database reports; audit MCO Console activity and mileage reports.
• Communication, Collaboration, & Training: Lead weekly driver meetings and routing meetings; provide pass-down reports; assist with onboarding of new hires; coordinate with security and vendors.
