Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Fleet Coordinator Specialist to support fleet operations, routing coordination, compliance monitoring, and driver support. The role is fully remote with travel up to 60% as directed by leadership.

The position works within a matrix structure, coordinating with Fleet Leadership for daily tasks and providing advisory and execution support as needed.

Formación

• Level II: HS Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Level III: HS Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Familiarization with FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routing input and advise leadership on driver assignments and routing decisions.
• Oversee MMC routes and support route planning adjustments.
• Coordinate maintenance and reflect in routing with Maintenance FLC Admin.
• Track holidays affecting travel and routing; assist with travel arrangements.
• Monitor ELDs, drive times, and routing to ensure DOT compliance.
• Escalate HOS and route compliance issues to leadership.
• Verify safety equipment and DOT documentation monthly.
• Submit AED verifications to Fleet Supervisor and Biomed team.
• Lead weekly driver meetings and participate in routing meetings.
• Deliver pass-down reports and support driver relations.
