Job summary

CAE is seeking a remote Fleet Planner to support our new state-of-the-art Las Vegas facility. This role handles day-to-day planning of client training and works independently while coordinating with the training manager, sales, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to navigate complex aviation regulations, and proficiency in optimizing schedules to maximize revenue and maintain workforce balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years job related experience.
• Possess skills for insuring client centricity is essential
• Ability to meet business goals while ensuring regulatory compliance is required
• Ability to follow established regulations, company polices and other guidance

Responsibilities

• Proactively and creatively schedule to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Allocates simulator resources to maximize revenue and employee happiness.
• Adapts schedules to fluctuating demands and last-minute changes.
• Acts as the key execution point of all training, allocating program resources.
• Communicates with training managers, sales, and customer service to address training concerns.
