Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a similar operations role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, DOT regulations, and transportation best practices.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and common office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet activities, including vehicle dispatch, scheduling, and route optimization for drivers across various locations.
• Monitor fleet performance using telematics and reporting software, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained according to schedule and that compliance with safety regulations is upheld.
• Manage driver communication, providing support and addressing operational challenges remotely.
• Process and analyze operational data to generate reports on fleet efficiency, costs, and key performance indicators.
• Liaise with maintenance providers and suppliers to schedule repairs and manage parts inventory.
