• Three years Fleet Management/Industry experience supervising a medium-size fleet.
• Experience with vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating expense and capital budgets to meet cost targets; analyze data to identify issues and actions.
• Partner with vehicle- and equipment-using departments to align fleet execution with objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership, management, vendors, and support teams to address fleet issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify underutilized fleet assets and redeploy or dispose as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies, maintenance schedules, DOT and ANSI inspections, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contracted call-center operations to review repair needs and manage supplier networks.
• Monitor fleet performance via KPIs and drive continuous improvement in cost, repairs, and reliability.
• Track warranties and recalls to ensure timely action and cost recovery.
