Qualifications

  • One year of specialized experience at GS-07/09 level equivalents or higher for GS-09, or GS-09/11 for higher grade, as described in the Federal job posting.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance, procurement, and inventory for fleet and equipment.
  • Experience serving as COR and overseeing contractor performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage fleet operations, dispatch, maintenance scheduling, and usage tracking using FLMIS.
  • Act as COR for maintenance/repair contracts and inspect contractor work.
  • Coordinate long-range acquisition planning and equipment procurement justifications.
  • Maintain Hand Receipt for non-expendable property and conduct inventories.
  • Develop and deliver operator training programs for MHE and other vehicles.
  • Assist Site Safety Officer with equipment inspections and OSHA compliance.
