Qualifications

• Experience in fleet administration, equipment management, logistics, or construction operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle registrations, titling, permits, and fleet documentation.
• Coordinate DOT, IFTA, and IRP compliance activities.
• Track equipment locations and maintenance records.
• Coordinate GPS, telematics systems and reporting.
• Support shop scheduling and field coordination.
• Prepare shop payroll time for review.
• Visit jobsites and inspect equipment.
