Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience is required to gain the competencies needed to perform the duties.
• GS-11 requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
• Specialized experience includes fleet readiness, COR oversight, and training program development.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet operations, including dispatch, maintenance scheduling, and usage tracking using a fleet management information system.
• Develop and deliver training programs and licensing for equipment to comply with OSHA and manufacturer standards.
• Serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for maintenance and repair contracts.
• Maintain property accountability and conduct inventories for non-expendable items.
• Coordinate long-range acquisition planning and prepare technical specifications for equipment purchases.
