Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services seeks a Fleet Coordinator Specialist to support fleet operations, routing coordination, compliance monitoring, and daily driver oversight. This role operates within a matrix structure and aligns with Fleet Leadership for daily tasks.

It is fully remote and may require up to 60% travel as directed by leadership. Responsibilities include route planning for MMC journeys, DOT/HOS compliance reviews, travel coordination, safety equipment verification, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleet routes and travel logistics.
• Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).
• Strong data auditing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mobile Medical Clinic (MMC) routes and support necessary route planning adjustments.
• Coordinate events requiring transportation and conduct biomed inspections involving transport support.
• Assist with travel arrangements and general logistics for operations.
• Review Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), drive times, and routing activity to ensure DOT compliance.
• Raise immediate concerns regarding Hours of Service (HOS) and route compliance to leadership.
• Verify safety equipment and documentation (AEDs, safety gear, DOT/Leidos paperwork).
• Submit monthly AED verification completions to Fleet Supervisor/Manager and Biomed team.
• Support quarterly reviews of signage across all MMC units.
• Lead weekly driver meetings and participate in routing meetings, weather calls, and department meetings.
• Deliver pass-down reports on Mondays after weekend coverage.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security on route concerns and assist with training onboarding of new hires.
