Job summary

Remote Recruitment is recruiting a Fleet Administrator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will manage MOTs, servicing, insurance and driver records to keep the fleet compliant and on the road.

Key duties include scheduling servicing, tracking renewals, and producing cost reports. Experience in fleet administration and proficiency in Excel are essential, with familiarity of Jaama or FleetCheck a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with fleet, vehicle or compliance heavy administration.
• Diary and renewal tracking discipline across many moving dates.
• Confident in Excel or Google Sheets for cost and status reporting.
• Comfortable liaising with garages, drivers and suppliers.
• Accurate record keeping under audit conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle records including MOT, service, tax and insurance dates.
• Schedule servicing, repairs and inspections with garages.
• Track driver licences, checks and training renewals.
• Process fuel card, toll and congestion charge administration.
• Log incidents and support insurance claim paperwork.
• Produce fleet cost and compliance reports.
