• Experience handling financial transactions, reconciliations, or related fiscal processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and state requirements.
• Research discrepancies and communicate corrections with appropriate offices.
• Review and authorize purchase card transactions and process through financial systems.
• Process internal transactions per established requirements and procedures.
• Provide guidance to staff, vendors, and stakeholders on payment processes and travel reimbursements.
• Analyze transaction issues, interpret system messages, and determine resolutions.
• Develop and update guidance based on recurring issues and policy changes.
• Coordinate warrant cancellations, reissues, and special handling with offices.
