Adelaide Metrics Inc. is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead our engineering function and set the technical direction for our innovative attention measurement solutions. The successful candidate will enjoy a fully remote role and will collaborate closely with various teams to translate company goals into effective engineering systems.

With over 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and engineering acumen. You’ll be responsible for scaling our platforms and infrastructures that power our metric, AU, catering to high-profile clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including multiple years leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to operate with the executive team and represent engineering to the business.
• Proven track record of recruiting and retaining senior engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Adelaide's engineering strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Own the engineering roadmap and delivery cadence in partnership with Product and the executive team.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
