Job summary

Human Ventures, LLC. is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead the engineering function at Adelaide, a fast-growing measurement company. This fully remote role requires strong engineering leadership, strategic vision, and talent recruitment skills. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience, with a proven track record in high-growth environments.

As a key player in the organization, the VP will set the technical direction and build the team necessary to drive Adelaide's success in the attention measurement industry. Compensation includes a base salary starting at $300,000 and an equity package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to take initiatives from architecture through to production.
• Experience architecting and operating scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Adelaide's engineering strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Own the architecture of Adelaide's data infrastructure and measurement platforms.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
