Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end investigative review and analysis of automated transaction monitoring alerts.
• Analyze transaction activity and KYC information to determine legitimacy and escalation needs.
• Draft SAR narratives and maintain detailed investigation documentation.
• Incorporate feedback from QA and participate in calibration sessions to improve accuracy.
• Support process improvements in the TMS Compliance function and stay current with industry regulations.
