Job summary

Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible and actionable across labs and devices. You’ll join a small, mission-driven team delivering support at the intersection of engineering and customer success.

You’ll work remotely in a fast-paced startup environment, reading code, debugging with logs, and helping customers quickly resolve issues while writing docs to prevent recurring questions.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with experience in support or customer-facing technical roles.
• Genuine enjoyment of helping people and unblocking customers.
• Mission-driven to build technology that improves healthcare.
• Technical problem solver who digs into complex issues and traces through systems.
• Clear, effective communicator, especially with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose technical issues for customers.
• Trace issues through logs and services to identify root causes.
• Understand and reproduce errors to confirm fixes.
• Share clear, timely updates with customers and engineers.
• Read code to spot where things break and contribute fixes when possible.
• Write clear documentation to reduce repeat questions and speed up support.
