Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting: manage recruitment processes for technical roles from application review to interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build clear candidate profiles.
• Work with Greenhouse to maintain clean candidate data, manage pipelines, improve workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and implement simpler, faster processes.
• Use AI and automation tools to support daily work and improve quality of processes.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, decisions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain high data quality in candidate records, interview feedback, and process statuses.
• Create a great candidate experience with clear and reliable communication.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support company growth by building scalable recruiting processes.
