Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Software Engineer for the EAA Compliance CXAE team to build AI-first applications that power CX Compliance agents. You will own full-stack feature delivery across Golang and React, ship third-party integrations, and improve productivity and compliance for millions of Coinbase customers.

You’ll work with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions, leveraging AWS and Kubernetes, and mentor peers on best practices to raise the team’s quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications.
• Experience with backend languages (Golang, Python, Java) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
• Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations.
• Partner with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions to compliance and CX problems.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services leveraging AWS and Kubernetes.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.
