Huntress Labs is seeking a Security Operations Center Manager to lead a global 24/7 security team. You will define and streamline processes, manage shift coverage, and enable analysts through training and leadership to meet our mission and SLAs.

The role focuses on leadership across Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Threat Hunting, and Automation, with direct collaboration with Product and Support teams and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24x7 SOC with a focus on Windows forensics.
• 3+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global operations center or Incident Response role.
• Actively engaged in the information security community by attending conferences or contributing to conversations/projects in the public domain.
• Data-driven approach with experience in Data Science concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce internal processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity across a global operations center.
• Manage and enforce shift coverage to ensure 24/7 operations 365 days a year.
• Meet with analysts weekly to socialize focus initiatives, gather feedback, and enable career progression.
• Develop and implement analyst training programs for Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, and Automation.
• Provide input to Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product; track and report on Objectives and Key Results.
