Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with 0-to-1 product development experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Ambiguity mastery and ability to operate without direct authority.
• Lean Startup methodologies, experiment design, and data instrumentation expertise.
• AI/ML capabilities understanding to build valuable user features.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover opportunities.
• Design rapid experiments to validate ideas and define MVPs.
• Lead product-market fit analysis post-launch and guide Go/No-Go decisions.
• Own the roadmap and North Star metrics, balancing constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks, managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional squads to ship features rapidly without direct reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance on GTM, pricing, and unit economics.
