Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with 0-to-1 product development in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Ambiguity mastery in chaotic environments.
• Lean Startup methodologies, experiment design, and data instrumentation.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineering and shape product architecture.
• AI/ML capabilities, data requirements, and practical deployment awareness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Diversity of background and transferable skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Discovery: conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover opportunities.
• MVP & Validation: design rapid experiments to validate ideas and define the MVP.
• Product-Market Fit: analyze usage data and decide on scaling or pivoting.
• Roadmap Ownership: define strategic roadmap and North Star metrics.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify and mitigate roadblocks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead squads without direct line management.
• Go-to-Market: collaborate on pricing, positioning, and unit economics.
