You will own the multi-year IAM strategy, set architecture across pods, and unify workforce, AI agent, and service identity under a common model. Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering with senior platform leadership.
• Deep IAM expertise across multiple domains with scale experience.
• Go production experience on AWS and knowledge of identity protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year IAM strategy end-to-end across architecture and enforcement.
• Drive architecture decisions across pods and teams with standards and contracts.
• Build adoption strategies for 700+ systems including migration paths and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, IT, Infrastructure, and product leadership to translate audit requirements into automated controls.
• Lead the data model and tooling for access governance across a large estate.
