Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to contribute across frontend and backend, primarily with React on the frontend and Python/Node.js on the backend. You will help solve complex technical challenges, build features for fintech and consumer experiences, and contribute to services and frameworks powering the product stack.

You will work in an AI-forward environment, using AI to accelerate development while maintaining ownership and strong engineering judgment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years backend with Python or Node.js; 2+ years frontend with a modern framework such as React/Vue/Angular.
• Active use of AI in development workflow and ability to guide AI-generated output.
• Strong communication and agile team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end projects in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.
• Build and operate features and services across the stack (frontend, backend, data stores).
• Tackle complex technical problems and contribute to system design decisions.
• Uphold engineering quality through code review and standards.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape roadmaps.
• Work data-driven and run experiments to inform product improvements.
• Own production health and participate in on-call rotations.
